Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All items are custom made to order in the color way and size selected. These are not stock items. Therefor we can not accept returns or exchanges. 
Please make sure you select the right size fitting the measurements mentioned in the size chart before ordering.

If there is an issue with your order please notify us of this within 7 days of delivery. We will be glad to work something out with you.

In case an exception is made for a return or exchange, the following applies:
All items must be returned unshined, unworn, in original condition in the original package.
The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs. Tracking and proof of shipping is required.

You will receive a refund for the item price once the item has been returned in good condition. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Only the item price is refunded. In case custom fees had to be paid by us, these will be deducted from the item price. Make sure to write 'RETURN' on the outside of the package to avoid this.
When an item returns damaged or is lost in the mail it will not be refunded. 

In case an exchange is accepted, the item first has to be returned. Upon receiving it back you will be notified of this on which you can then place a new order.
