Production time

The current production time is between 6 to 15 work days, depending on the complexity of the design ordered. For example: A thong or a pair of pasties will be made much quicker than something like a harness dress or lasercut items. Please check out each category for more specific production times.Big orders can also take a couple days extra to complete.

If you need an item by a certain date, contact me about it before placing an order to see if it's possible to meet that date.

Packaging and shipping

All items are wrapped in chlorine & acid free tissue paper and put in a ziplock bag for protection. Tracked packages are sent in a cardboard box, untracked packages are sent in a bubble mailer. Packaging is neutral and discrete.

Europe EU: All items are sent with tracking through GLS (or Bpost on demand)
Europe non-EU: All items are sent with tracking through UPS
USA: items -€75 are either sent without tracking through regular mail or with tracking through UPS, this can be selected at checkout. Items + €75 are sent with tracking through UPS.
Canada & Australia: items -€75 are either sent without tracking through regular mail or with tracking through UPS, this can be selected at checkout. Items + €75 are sent with tracking through UPS.

Untracked shipping is at the buyers own risk. Lottie Latex is not responsible for any lost packages when selecting untracked shipping.

Shipping estimates:
Europe: 3 to 8 work days depending on country
USA: 5 to 8 work days with tracked shipping, 3 to 5 weeks with regular mail
Canada: 5 to 8 work days with tracked shipping, 3 to 5 weeks with regular mail
Australia: 8 to 10 work days with tracked shipping, 4 to 7 weeks with regular mail

Please note that these times are just estimates and in no way binding.

Lottie latex is based in Belgium, within the EU. Sending out packages to countries outside the EU can come with extra costs. This means that if you are located outside the EU you can be charged customs and import taxes. It is the buyers responsibility to pay these. If these costs are rejected by the buyer and the package is send back you will not receive a refund for your order. If, because of this, the package needs to be resent, the buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost of that new shipment.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24hours of purchase. Because the short turnaround, an order will always be started as soon as possible. If the latex for your order is already cut out, it's no longer possible to cancel.

Cancelled orders will be refunded. The payment fee of 3% will be deducted from the order total when refunding a cancellation.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All items are custom made to order in the color way and size selected. These are not stock items. Therefor we can not accept returns or exchanges. 
Please make sure you select the right size fitting the measurements mentioned in the size chart before ordering.

If there is an issue with your order please notify us of this within 7 days of delivery. We will be glad to work something out with you.

In case an exception is made for a return or exchange, the following applies:
All items must be returned unshined, unworn, in original condition in the original package.
The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs. Tracking and proof of shipping is required.

You will receive a refund for the item price once the item has been returned in good condition. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Only the item price is refunded. In case custom fees had to be paid by us, these will be deducted from the item price. Make sure to write 'RETURN' on the outside of the package to avoid this.
When an item returns damaged or is lost in the mail it will not be refunded. 

In case an exchange is accepted, the item first has to be returned. Upon receiving it back you will be notified of this on which you can then place a new order.

Latex shine and care

All items come unshined and slightly talced (to keep it from sticking to itself).
You can shine your latex with latex shining products like Vivishine, Begloss, Pjur, etc. Do not use oils or greases, they will damage the latex.

- Metal, nicotine, perfume, make up will stain your latex, especially light colored latex. Stains can not be removed!

- Be careful with sharp objects, fingernails included. When putting on a latex garment do not thug it too much, it could tear. Use talcum or a water-based lubricant on the inside to ease dressing (no household oils or greases!)

- Wash your latex inside and out in luke warm water with mild soap (dish soap will do). You can do this in your bath tub, a bucket, etc... Rinse in clear water and put on a hanger(not a metal one) to air dry. When dry you can talc it lightly to keep it from sticking to itself.

- Keep your latex stored in a dark and dry place. Leaving it in sunlight will discolor it.
